SpiderBot 2.0
Will I need help from an adult?
Yes , depending on your age and strength, you may need help from an adult.
I followed the instructions but my SpiderBot 2.0 is not moving forward, what should I do?
This could be because of several reasons:
- Because your batteries are not new and/or a little weak.
I therefore invite you to insert new batteries .
- Because the orange sockets are too tight and your SpiderBot 2.0 is not mobile enough.
I therefore invite you to slightly loosen the sockets .
- Because the red and black wires are installed backwards.
I invite you to check the connection of the red and black wires using the explanations in the instructions and the assembly video.
- Because the worm gear and the gear are not in contact with each other.
I therefore invite you to push the worm gear more or less so that it is well engaged with the axle gear.
- Because your pulleys are not opposite each other.
I therefore invite you to check that the nipples of your pulleys are in opposite directions , one towards the rear and one towards the front (with the help of the explanations and images in the instructions as well as the assembly video in line).
- Because your legs are not correctly aligned with the pulley at the front.
I therefore invite you to realign your legs so that they are parallel to the pulley (following the instructions in the instructions and/or the online video).
- It is also possible that the installation direction of the legs is not correct.
I invite you to check the direction of installation of the legs using the explanations and images in the instructions and/or using the online assembly video.
My SpiderBot is going backwards instead of forwards, what should I do?
This may be due to the installation of the connection wires from the battery box to the motor that are backwards.
I invite you to check the connection of the red and black wires using the explanations and images in the instructions as well as the online video.
