Will I need help from an adult?
Yes , depending on your age and strength, you may need help from an adult.
My RoboWalker is going backwards instead of forwards, what should I do?
This may be due to the installation of the connection wires from the battery box to the motor that are backwards.
I invite you to check the connection of the red and black wires using the explanations and images in the instructions as well as the online video.
I followed the instructions but my RoboWalker is not moving forward, what should I do?
This could be because of several reasons:
- Because your batteries are not new and/or a little weak.
I therefore invite you to insert new batteries .
- Because the orange sockets are too tight and your RoboPromeneur is not mobile enough.
I therefore invite you to slightly loosen the sockets .
- Because the red and black wires are installed backwards.
I invite you to check the connection of the red and black wires using the explanations in the instructions and the assembly video.
- Because the blue pulleys are not installed opposite each other.
I therefore invite you to check the installation of the blue pulleys (the nipple of one pulley towards the front and the nipple of the other pulley towards the rear) using the explanations and images in the instructions as well as the video online.
